what's served
the first glass of sherbet at our tables comes from histanbul, our group's brand of traditional ottoman sherbets.. histanbul is the table's traditional host of refreshments, independent of the table's sponsor..

each table may have a sponsor.. the sponsor's name appears in the table's name (“…'s table”) and the sponsor may invite one guest..; the sponsor cannot choose the topic or the speakers.. sponsorship is stated openly on the page and at the table..
